Youre very far from being objective.
-
Youre confusing the written law with it's interpretation and application.

and you seem to be wanting Zimmerman to pay for that...

I quit your post about 1/2 through. I couldnt stand reading your made up imaginary arguments, invented facts and groundless conclusions.

No SYG is a well defined law that draws a distinct legal line. It removes the obligation of a potential victim to retreat first. Basically if there is a reasonable belief of an unlawful threat, the person can stand and meet the threat with deadly force. Here in Texas, if you pull your weapon, a law has been broken, either…

People like you are the reason we cannot have civil discussions. You lack a grasp of the facts and so you throw ad hominem attacks.

But it's ok to cite Casey Anthony? Your post tells a lot about who you are.

The police videoed Zimmerman re-enacting the incident and answering the investigator's questions. This was a lengthy video. The evidence supports Zimmerman's story. Zimmerman was not ordered to "stand down" or "cease and desist". The dispatcher basically stated, "oh we dont need you to do that" or something to the effect.…

When OJ walked I lost all faith in the justice system.

Being stupid is not a crime and from what Ive seen and read Zimmerman, should never have been charged. There is not enough evidence to even support a manslaughter charge. His trial is all about politics and trying to appease the black community, and that really scares me.

^^^ This but after the inflamation has settled down and everything has healed. Plantar fascia is an extension of the achilles, and plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of these tendons. It is thought to be caused by tight calfs and poor ankle range of motion. Take NSAIDs and ice, use a boot or sock at night. Keep the foot…

Below is the link to heybales blog explaining the particulars of his spreadsheet. Many on MFP have used it and have good results (I just started using it last week as I am in a big time plateau) When I looked at it my first impression was damn, it's complicated looking....but after looking it over and following the…

I disagree with you. It's a matter of calories in verses calories out. I also think most here have overlooked that the OP may not eating enough and may have stalled his/her metabolism. In checking the last 3-4 days of his/her diary I found a few hundred calories a day short. Depending on how accurate his TDEE has been…

The foot has 32 joints, 26 bones & 19 muscles. If an out of shape couch potato rearranges the living room furniture their body is going to ache the next day; so why do we feel something is wrong when we subject our flaccid and out of shape feet to pounding on hard asphalt & they ache? Just like any other part of your body,…

I found this on accident! LOL It wasnt Arthur Lydiard it was David Smyntek. Read the entire article, very interesting. "To add weight to their argument, the acute-injury rehabilitation specialist David Smyntek carried out an experiment of his own. He had grown wary that the people telling him to trade in his favourite…

I shave my head but only wear snoopy band aids.

Very interesting and thought provoking. "Runners wearing top-of-the-line trainers are 123 per cent more likely to get injured than runners in cheap ones. This was discovered as far back as 1989, according to a study led by Dr Bernard Marti, the leading preventative-medicine specialist at Switzerland's University of Bern. "…

I disagree. If I find time I will try and look it up, but I believe that it was Arthur Lydiard who would put his very worn out running shoes on the wrong foot just to prove his point that modern running shoes were a farce.

Walking 15 miles in a week! Congrats but with a warning....dont over do this or you will soon get an over use injury. You werent specific about what "speed up" is, so I will speculate that you were trying to walk fast or maybe jog...and I bet you were heel striking hard and with your head behind your feet. First thing I…

Maybe youre not resting between runs, maybe it's the heat, maybe youre trying to run too hard; really need more info before suggesting anything. Generally what you eat the night before is what fuels your run the next morning. The simple carbs you eat in the morning will take approximately 30-45 minutes to convert to…

While on the subject - Be aware of the risks of taking NSAIDS. 1. NSAIDs slow tissue healing. 2. NSAIDs can damage your kidneys http://myrunningdoc.blogspot.com/2010/05/nsaids-why-runners-should-think-twice.html And Running, Rhabdomyolosis, and Renal Failure…

Dont limit yourself. If there isnt anything physically wrong with you, then you may need to check out your form (foot plant, stride, posture, etc) There are people of all ages, shapes and sizes, wearing all types of shoes (and none), who run on the road. It's all about conditioning and form. Check out youtube for help.

Per Mayo Clinic: " The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommend limiting sodium to less than 2,300 mg a day — or 1,500 mg if you're age 51 or older, or if you are black, or if you have high blood pressure, diabetes or chronic kidney disease. Keep in mind that these are upper limits, and less is usually best, especially…

I had always assumed that when the day came for me to have "the talk" with my son I would step up and handle it honestly and thoroughly. Well, that day came when my wife, him in tow caught me in the hallway and said he had a question I should help him with, then being the supportive wife she is, she hauled aZZ. I was…
