I am horrible about the rotation aspect lol. Which just means I SHOULD be eating out of the stock better. So going to make that a big aim. Maybe just go to the store for fresh fruit if needed or a couple items to fill things out. Especially for like lunches.

Had a BLT last night and honestly it wasn't that good. Used store brand bacon and it was WAY too salty. No way I can eat it again tonight. I do still have some lunch meat (ham and roast beef) so will likely just make a basic sandwich for dinner.

I had subway last night because I went to a small market after work (which was a bust) and grabbed it on the walk home. It happens. Tonight I am making a box of hamburger helper but serving it with some broccoli. May not be the healthiest but it will be easy and tasty and still better then ordering in.

A little bit of a very flavorful cheese like feta or blue cheese. You don't need a lot so it doesn't impact calories too much. I am also a fan of roasted sweet potatoes.

I can't drink coffee. For 1, I can't have caffeine. For 2, coffee is too acidic. Both would cause a flare on their own, much less together.

Already changed things up. I can tell that I will not want to cook tonight as my pain levels are high. So I am having a tomato sandwich for dinner. That moves the chicken, green beans, and rice to tomorrow night and the curry to next week (my meal plan weeks are Saturday to Friday).

Going back to work after a long weekend is just hard. All I want to be doing is sitting on the sofa with my kitty, soaking in the morning sun and fresh air. But no. I have to be on my computer and work instead.
