My feet are definitely more narrow!

Best yogurt in the world.

I zero out my plate / bowl on the scale and then add it. Takes 5 extra seconds.

Gosh I don't even want to think about what I used to eat in an entire day.... but I know I used to consider a "light" lunch about half a sleeve of Ritz crackers and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Easily 600 calories. And that was a LIGHT lunch. Most days, in addition to that I would either have leftovers from dinner the night…

To get the calorie count that low you really need to slice it thin... I use an electric knife, and even then 60 cals a slice would really be tough. Wheat bread should always use white flour in addition to the wheat (otherwise it will be dense), and it's best to weigh your ingredients. This is my go-to sandwich bread…

Shameless bump! Just so proud. =)

I drive an Audi A3... my mom car. I had a pristine Audi TT 225 Quattro coupe before the baby.

Thanks everyone! I do mostly progressive bodyweight strength training with free weights every now and then, and yoga is also an intrinsic part of my routine. I have never stepped foot in a gym. I work from home and my toddler is home with me all day as well. No excuses! =) Thanks for all the adds - but hopefully I do not…

I am doing classic. I don't really do any additional exercise - maybe a bit of running here and there if I have some extra calories to burn.

I have a couple of weeks left before I take more pics for the end of block 3, but these are from the start and then end of block 2.

Your arms are smaller. You will end up with nice looking arms if that is one of the first place you're losing! It took forever for inches to come off my arms. Nothing else really stands out, but it takes time. Personally I had a hard time seeing changes until I was less than 200. Just keep at it!

Use circuit training for things like plyo and core synergistics, strength training for the days that work strictly with weights, calisthenics for pushups/pull ups.... OR http://p90xcalories.com

Personally.... I kinda just do whatever I want to do during a program like this. I switch workout days around, sub workouts I like for ones I don't like, etc. I think it's important for the program to be enjoyable and if you wake up thinking ugghhhhhhhh it's total Synergistics day! Then you are more likely to quit…

230 / 145, but highest weight was 269.

Funny pic. Great job.

I have wrinkly/loose skin when I bend over. Honestly I think a lot of it has to do with where you carry your weight. I carried some weight in my stomach (and I've had a baby) - but the majority was in my hips/thighs, and those are my trouble areas now. My inner thighs have a lot of wrinkly skin - so much that I do not dare…

I am 5'5 and started at 269lbs. I have stretch marks but they are pretty faint.

42D Lost 100+ lbs. 36B They really hung on for awhile but one month, *poof*, they disappeard.

Flapjack makes me think of lumberjack. Lumberjack makes me think of........ hairy chest. Ewwwww.

I just eat it plain? I also like it with rasisins. Blueberries or strawberries are good also - and peaches are the best if they are in season.

I know of a handful of things to be absolutely true in this life. The sky is blue. The grass is green. The sun will rise. And they are called PANCAKES, not flapjacks.

It starts in block 3 - just did it for the first time today. Week 8 day 1 done! My diet has been off track the past couple of weeks and I'm going to try to clean it up for the rest of the program. Looking forward to results!

I do cold start every workout except the stretching dvds like Yoga, etc. I also tend to cool down a little longer, so the workouts are pushing an hour for me - so not much of a time saver from P90X for me.
-
I liked block 1 better personally. I was a big fan of Agility X and the Warrior so I missed those workouts a lot.

I would judge a "good" breakfast by how it makes you feel. After eating a bowl of cereal, are you energized? Are you satiated until your next meal? If not, I would eat something else.

I never plateaued. If I stayed the same weight for a couple of weeks, eating 2000+ cals for a day would bring me out of it and I would start losing again (similar to a "refeed" I guess). I also keep my exercise routine fresh and varied which I believe helps.
