My Kroger store sells ready-made pico de gallo in the produce department. I just mix a container of that with one or two avocados if I don't have a lot of time. P.S. They also have guacamole seasoning packets where you would find taco seasoning and such. Just add avocados.

Sometimes I will splurge and do a cheat meal, but most of the time it is just "treat day". As in one treat. Like ice cream after dinner, or a Starbucks coffee. I can't imagine eating junk for an entire day - not worth it in my opinion.

I think I will try cardio 2 and see if I like that better. It's not that I don't like cardio, but her cardio 1 video is kinda boring. I find my mind wandering constantly and can't stay focused on what I'm doing. Thanks guys! You're right, the cardio days are important.

Ritz crackers! 170 cals for 5 crackers - and I used to polish off half a sleeve, easily, every day with my lunch (15 crackers or so). And if that isn't bad enough, they are loaded with hydrogenated oils. Threw them all in the garbage after I noticed that.

I just made a hummus tuna salad that I can't get enough of. Just mix a few cans of tuna with a container of store bought hummus (or make your own if you're super ambitious). I also added red onion and half a container of feta cheese. Only 173 cals per serving, and it is sooooo filling. Lots of protein.

That looks like a diet plan? The 30 Day Shred is an exercise routine. Personally, I would stay away from gimmicky diets - just count your calories and eat at a deficit.

I experienced knee pain until I got new shoes. Supportive soles make a world of difference. I ended up taking a couple of days of to recover, then went back to doing it with no trouble.

For drugstore brands I would recommend Olay SPF 15 daily moisturizer or Aveeno positively radiant. I think it really just depends on your body type and where you gain your weight at. They say "first on, last off", as in the areas that gained weight first will be the last to lose it. 30DS is a full body workout, so it doesn't target any one area.

I started 30DS around this time (April 19th). I am on day 16 but I'm not really doing the levels in order. Sometimes I do two levels a day, and I've already done level 3. I like level 3 better than 2, definitely! Level 1 is so easy now, sometimes I use it as my warmup. =)
