During my pregnancy I was eating around 1800 cals a day. 300 more than my usual. Just listen to your body and eat when your hungry, stop when full coz pregnancy is different for different people.

1000 calories! Wow . I exercise on an empty stomach because i just can't exercise if I've eaten something..

Argh I can totally relate. Just had my quota of chocolate for the day.. I have 2 small squares everyday after lunch. I actually look forward to that more than my lunch. :p

Same here! And I've only lost less than 10 lbs . Well as long as u are happy and healthy, it doesn't matter

I can't even imagine skipping breakfast. I am hungry first thing in the morning,,haha.. I have a bowl of oats, a banana and some fresh fruit slices. This keeps me going till noon.

Nothing wrong with carbs. I am Asian, and we eat carbs for breakfast, lunch and dinner..but don't have processed carbs like white rice and white flour. Have protien and fat along with carbs
