I have been having the same issue! I have the hardest time after I eat dinner. I want sweets really bad. Especially if I had a hard day. Finding staying on track very difficult

Definitely add me. I have been on here off and on and I am committed this time. I have started going to the gym and have been logging now for a few weeks. I have lost 12 lbs but it's SO HARD. I appreciate any support I can get!

Carbs and Ice Cream- The carbs are worse tho I love bread and bagels and pasta. I have gotten alternatives and I know a lot of people say in moderation, but for me that doesn't always help. Mainly cause I could eat it all day long and I crave carbs like other people crave chocolate.

Ok... so I am not a huge fan of the Oreo's with peanut butter... but they now have Mega Stuff ones - and the temptation SUCKS!! I love all the extra middle part! :P Oreos!!!

Thank you ALL for your tips! I really appreciate the support and advise. I will try to slow down a little and I think that once some more of the weight comes off it will start to feel easier and more natural. :)

I agree with what everyone says about Fitbit Ultra. I love mine and I even have the Aria for tracking my weight. The way it works with MFP is flawless. I have recommended it to several people and they ended up really liking there's.

Not really removing bread - but that is my biggest weakness so I need to try to limit it and/or find an alternative.

I love mine! I have the FitBit One and it is great! It even reminds me during the day I need to get up and get moving. Plus I earn badges through FitBit showing how I am doing. It's great!!
