I like to drink tall vodka & soda water. Sometimes I get a splash of cranberry juice to feel girly. The tall drink has more soda water so it makes me feel like I am drinking more with friends. Be careful tho, they catch up fast! :smile:

If you pre-portion your foods and plan snacks it gets easier to stay with that number. Don't forget to exercise! The more you work out, the more calories you can eat, and the better your metabolism gets. Even just taking 1 quick walk around the block will help those memory muscles going. Good luck!

100 calorie popcorn bags are my favorite! There is nearly 6 cups of deliciousness in each bag. The 100 calorie dessert ones are great to satisfy a sweet tooth. :)

I bring carrots to work. It's easy to hide in the walk-in and munch on a few through the shift. They have few calories and fill you up more than other snacks. Drink a bunch of soda water or unsweetened iced tea. I also found that if I eat a 100 calorie popcorn right before I go into work, it helps keep me feel more full…

Unfortunately some people lose weight faster than others. My friend Jess loses weight like crazy, but I am not so lucky. When I've lost weight that fast with pills, etc., I gain it back a lot faster and gain more. My suggestion: listen to your body, it probably doesn't want to lose weight that fast.
