I'm keeping track of sugar because I love sweets and I'm trying to cut down on candy, soda, etc. Replacing it with fruit which has not as much sugar.

Today is my first day as well. I'm surprised by the sugar intake. Haven't tried any programs such as Weight Watchers, what is your opinion of them?

For pizza there is Lou Malnatti's, Uno and Connies. There are several steak places which are great. Are you looking for certain type of food, I could narrow suggestions?
