I may be the wrong type of Asian but I totally feel for you when it comes to the cultural thing and parents! Een when I go to Bangladesh family are always commenting on how weighty my sisters and I are, it can be really hurtful cos their mentality is different over there. It's fine to be blunt and painfully honest! :( it's…

I only saw a change in my pant size after losing 10 lbs. It'll suddenly come off out of nowhere, honestly!

No problem sweetie! Haha, being pear/hourglass shaped can be very deceiving. I've seen people who are heavy weight wise but their body shape makes them look slimmer! Our shape can be an advantage especially when you're close to your goal, I think I'll surprise myself and find that I don't need to be at a 120 to look and…

I love finding people with similar statistics and goals to me! Definitely motivating. You'll get there girly :D

I'm 5'2". A proper shorty! :D I'm slightly pear/hourglass shaped. I think that's why I'm fitting into a size 10 right now cos my waist is small but hips are rather wide. 38" at the mo around the lower waist (where my jeans sit). I'm aiming for a size 8 too. May take a while though! Things will only get harder from now on :s

Thank you!! And @pinkprincess1986, well done to you missy! Keep going at it :D I always find it's better to judge weight loss by clothes sizes opposed to the pounds you lose.

I just don't like assumptions being made (I'm rather aggressive as you may have noticed, lol). Whether it's a joke or not, assumptions tick me off! Probably due to family members and my boyfriend ALWAYS throwing assumptions at me.

I do a lot of push ups and weights actually. You must be right (as well as the others who mentioned this muscle thingy). It's definitely a plus opposed to my past of looking a bit saggy once i'd lost weight. I fid a good sports bra may have benefitted as well!
-
That may be the case. It's all new to me! Lol. In the past when I had lost weight they had decreased in size, funny how this time it's the opposite effect.

I'm satisfied with just the one man in my life thank you very much. Seeing as this is a weightloss forum, what better place is there to ask about this and other peoples experiences/views? Don't be so rude and make assumptions next time. I can tell you in all honesty I am an extremely modest woman thank you very much. If I…

I second that. What is it? Lol. I thought it was some sort of infection for a sec lol!

Lol. No. They seem firmer and bigger because they're fitting better in my bra! In fact it's a bit too fitted. I don't mind it though. Haha.
-
Getting bigger* That seems to have cut out of the topic title. Lol.

Haha, maybe "banish" was a bit of a strong word to use. What I mean is more of a mental state... banishing them from your mind and not feeling as if those numbers on the scales rule you. It's a fantastic feeling!

Check out my tumblr page. I have lists of exercise on there :) www.bingewinge.tumblr.com. And good old google!!

I personally think you need to start exercising more. The dog walking and your work is a part of your routine, again something your body is used to. If you start mixing it up with some pulse raising cardio it should do you some justice, along with some strength training. Muscle burns more calories than fat! So it'll be…

I get confused about this matter too. I usually do end up eating what I've earned and I still lost weight. Hmmm... Mind you I started doing that after I hit plateau due to me eating too little cals:burning lots of cals and It caused me to lose weight again :) maybe replacing your exercise cals does some Benefit.

Well I've been doing a lot of cardio like running and aerobics, but then again I do a hell of a load of crunches, lunges, squats, and free weights for my arms, etc. Might be that.. :P

Thank you all for the motivating words! :D I've finally got my head around it I think. I've been burning too many calories and not eating enough, no wonder i've been stuck! :( Lets hope this next week will help me progress :D
