I've made a doctors appointment but have to wait till next month. I just tried out a couple of the postural changes and feel much better, going to do more squats too! I wont do anything drastic until I've seen the doctors though.

8-12 cups. Sometimes even 14 cups. Trust me, the more you drink, the more thirsty you get. And your body needs the hydration. You'll see the condition of your skin improve lots too!

I always find I'm far too full and feeling sick wen I try and eat them. Sometimes I work out just to get the exercise cals though. Lol. They're for the days I wanna eat more!

I personally find fizzy makes me bloated, so I never count it towards my water intake.

I've been doing a lot of tricep curls, bent over rows, push ups, bench dips, etc. Still no change. I know that cardio should burn the fat though... it'll take a long time I guess :(

Ohhhh I really want to get that! I've been wanting to start Zumba for ages. They do it at a school near me as well as a the gym (Far to pricey for me though) but there's people that go there who I don't really want to see :/ Sucks! Rather do it in the comfort of my own home though :D
