    I personally like Chris Browns old CD caled "Chris Brown" And also some Mary J.Blidge and Alicia keys. Just find a song that makes you feel good about yourself and start jammin to it!

    Oooh another metal head. Friend request sent! Was cross training to metallica yesterday. System of a down is great for a work out too, except when the track " bounce" comes on and then I nearly give myself a heart attack

    For my workouts I use a lot of the free podcasts available from iTunes. Podrunner, Podfitness come to mind ... there are others. They're good 20+ minute tracks that range from just remixed songs to rave-type beats at a specified BPM (these can be great for pacing a run).

    Chromeo's album, Business Casual. If i'm on the Treadmill I start by listening to a couple of their slower songs while I warm up, the rest of the songs on that album are very upbeat and go perfectly when I'm running. It's a bit of old skool funk with a mix of electro, disco and some of the stuff reminds me of MJ!

    Anddddd, The Chemical Brothers, Surkin, Justice, Michael Jackson, etc. A bit of a mix.
