I guess we are all in the two bras for running club. I usually wear and underwire support bra and a compression sports bra to keep the ladies from bouncing all over.

I look at my "before" pictures and that quickly discourages me from slacking off. I also treat my self with clothes, or mani/pedi, etc rather than food. This next part might sound mean but it helps keep my on track: I'm/[you are] not a dog, so I/[you] don't need food as a treat for doing a good job.

For many of you that are slamming the Eat Clean Diet simply because "diet" is in the title, clearly you have not read the books. One of the frist things the author says is that this is not a fad diet but a lifestyle. Diet first and foremoset means "food and drink regularly provided and consumed." When someone says diet it…

I actually prefer it without mayo....got used to it after I started eating clean. A little lemon on top makes it very good.

Agree on the use of green veggies and cost of things.

If he sees her working more than usual, she shouldn't have to tell him to make dinner or help more. He should do it on his own. Besides, I'm sure its not lost on him that she is on a diet.

Whether intentional or not, its still sabotage.

I have done 30DS, will it be ok if I join you, however I plan on doing her BMBF video for 30days.

At the end of the day its a personal choice if some wants to go on a cleanse, juicing fast, colon cleanse, detox or whatever. IIt may work for some, and not so much for others. This total cleanse thing that OP posted looks like juicing fast. Personally I wouldn't pay for someone to deliver me this stuff but rather buy a…

1. Common sense needed. If you've been eating life time of crap your liver is having a very hard time catching up. Because if it as easy as you say, and we wouldn't be here. 2. Layer upon layer of fat on and around your organs will stop toxins from getting to your organs. I'm not saying that fat has function. I'm trying to…

I never said that fat "filters" toxins. I'm well aware of what the endocrine system does.

I was trying to say that there are some merits to "cleansing" if you will. Since you'd be excreting rather than sweating out the toxins. The liver is responsible for bile production which helps carry away waste and break down fats in the small intestine during digestion. Basically, yes, its sponge/filter so that the other…

You totally missed what I was trying to day, but you keep on truckin' pal.

Toxins in terms of all the chemicals used to process your food. How about all the pesticides used on your produce? Not everyone can afford organic foods. So yes, your body does have toxins. And if your body is full of them then liver is also full of them so then the body fails to "cleanse" on its own as much as it should.…

Sucks for you then

Be prepared to feel like **** for the frist three days. This is your body going through withdrawal of not eating the crap you are used to eating. I wish you luck in this. I recently watched "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" and been wanting to do a jucing fast for a few days because I feel that I don't get enough vitamins and…

For someone who has not done this kind of stuff before, I think JM is a good start.Op can then progress to your suggestions.

Forever alone...its ok though...there are enough books and fictional characters to go around for all 3's out there.

Wrong. You burn calories just by sitting and watching tv...your heart doesn't need to be gurgling in your throat to burn calories. You might not burn as many calories as you want, but you are burning.

For me it was the opposite. A former boss actually told me that he decided to hire me before we even sat down to talk because I was big, because to him that meant I had not social life so I must have dedicated my time in my studies and work.

Sadly, I too drink a bottle but since my family has been making wine my entire life, I have come to accept it and only drink once a week.

Most teas, loose leaf and bagged, are zero calories. Make sure you are not loading it with calories from sugar, honey, etc. While these things are ok in moderation, if you drink 10-12cups of tea with sugar/honey/etc things add up. Not sure what your stand is on artificial sweeteners, but personally, I would highly…

I did P90X at 235 lbs before doing 30DS. I found 30DD and/or Ripped in 30 to be the quick, 30mins version of P90X, when I was really pressed for time, I substituted. I did not lose as much with the 30DS as I did with the P90X in a month. So I would recommend to do P90X.

I bought my first kettlebell at 15lbs. I have never used one and this seemed like a good starting weight for me. Can anyone rec some good exercise vids?
