I use them a lot! In Australia we have a brand called Slendier and the noodles are konjac root... They smell a bit wierd but once cooked you don't notice it. I typically use it to make bolognese with chicken or kangaroo mince. Give them a shot :smile:

I used to work out around 9-11pm; i changed to morning workouts (4am) a few weeks ago and while it's hard getting up to begin with I actually feel a lot more rested and energized now ☺ give both a shot and see which works best for you!

Absolute load of crap... I'm a transguy... and before starting T i looked into so many diets/supplements to look more 'masculine'... They're basically just money making schemes that are preying on vulnerable and desperate people :/ personally the biggest load of crap aimed at transmen i found was "Natural Transitioning"…

Another for Bulk Nutrients- they are a Tassie company that do a variety of protein mixes. Cheap and delicious! Though I've only had chocolate and salted caramel :)
