Managed to do day 2 again a bit easier this time just need to go a bit slower and not push myself as hard as i did the first time. Looking forward to day 3 now

Well didn't manage to do day 3 yesterday as i was in too much pain from day 2 but i am going to try it today. Think I'm going to try a different approach and maybe do 2 days on and one day off until i can really get into the swing of doing it. Need to ease myself in haha

I am in absolute agony, my legs have ceased up and i can barely walk so had to take a rest day after day two. I intend to try day three today and see how i go. Hope i can get back on track :S

Well i found it difficult but was surprised at how many of the exercises i managed to do: 1. Switch Kicks = 60 2. Power Squat = 40 3. Power Knee = 60 4. Power Jumps = 20 5. Globe Jump = 7 6. Burpee/Suicide Jump = 6 7. Push Up Jacks = 20 8. Low Plank Oblique = 26 I know i can do better and I will get better with time. Bring…
