I can relate from the point of view that my original start weight was in the region of 206pounds: I would agree with helloburger so far as 1200 calories a day purely from personal experience. I lost 2 pounds nearly every week (with the occasional bigger loss). Maybe try 1200 for a week and see how it works? Just be careful…

I can sympathise so far as watching every single calorie!
