Chris Powell said to eat something with fat. A cheese stick or a spoon full of peanut butter and within 10 minutes your craving is gone! I find peanut butter works the best!!

Hey Tim, my boyfriend has just found out that he is allergic to gluten as well. There are a lot of easy recipes on the web if you search for them. I know its a struggle trying to avoid wheat products. I wish you luck! And welcome to myfitnesspal. I just joined a week ago!
