Perhaps you can snack on healthy things. Cut up some fresh veggies and put them in the fridge...measure out a certain amount of crackers to have handy. I assume if you snack before dinner, you are hungry? Maybe eat a little earlier before you are really hungry. As for impulse shopping, that for me is all will power. I see…
