I'm doing it now! 1 year post partum. Completed it once before and definitely noticed a change. It helped me ease into another fitness program.

Finishing week 3 tomorrow. Noticeable physical changes (by others). I use 10lbs weights for the program. Good luck to all just starting~

I did 30 days once before. Lost 10 lbs during that time and 2 dress sizes. I am now restarting Insanity and incorporating other activities (c25k, classes at the local gym, and free weights). Good luck everyone - add me via the app :-)
