I love quinoa. yesterday's dinner was quinoa burritos. green peppers, red peppers, onions (from frozen section), taco sauce, light sour cream, cheese, jalapeno slices. quinoa is so versatile and delicious!

I'm getting scared! I'm on level 1 day 7. I am able to do everything to the best of my ability, but at the end i am DONE! I'm sweating like I pulled an hour at the gym.

I just finished day 7 of level 1 on the 30 day shred. I love it afterwards, and hate it during. It's a great workout! I would definetly recommend it. My bf has a playstation 3 so I just go on youtube via ps3 and play the 30ds through youtube.

Yes! I realized that in the past when I have lost weight, I didn't compare pictures. I lost 40 lbs in high school but felt like it was nothing, and all that hard work was a waste of time. for the shiritaki noodles, try rinsing them for about 2 mins, then i soak them until i get water boiling. i rinse off the noodles again and let them boil for a bit. then you can marinate them overnight in any sauce you like. last night i made spaghetti and meatballs with shiritaki noodles and veggie patch meatballs.
