Gym time
I tell myself, "you ONLY have to do 20 mins of WHATEVER cardio activity you like everyday." I incorporate strength training as well. Holy ab burn! I did 100 crunches at 120 lbs yesterday and 3 planks at 30 sec a plank. I don't feel like going to the gym today.
