Just move, right?!

Holy ab burn! I did 100 crunches at 120 lbs yesterday and 3 planks at 30 sec a plank. I don't feel like going to the gym today. I think that's ok though, I dont really feel like going on the treadmil. I'm going to turn on netflix and find zumba or some sort of fun movement. What do you think? I don't want to get in a mindset where I have to do the same thing, because I'll get tired of it.
