Gym time

I tell myself, "you ONLY have to do 20 mins of WHATEVER cardio activity you like everyday." I incorporate strength training as well. One day I do upper body the next day lower body, and EVERYDAY do crunches and planks. But you see, when I'm at the gym doing the 20 mins of cardio, I ALWAYS do more. Why can't I just STOP?! I'm not saying that it's bad that I do more, but I just don't want to get tired of it. I feel great, I can see and feel a difference.
