I swear by Shakeology by Beachbody. The 2 lb bag goes for just over $100 a month and it works out to $4/day. For $4 a day I think I'll make the sacrifice, heck it's a dollar more than a bus ticket!

I'm doing 10 Minute Trainer and I'm starting P90X on Dec 1st. I did P90X last year and dropped 24lbs but then I quit when I came down with pneumonia. This year I joined up as a coach and I'm doing both programs. it's great!!! I'm a 44 year old single mom of six kids. I started at 213lbs and I'm now 204lbs.
