I don't nomally go by the charts because not everyone is built the same. I go by how I look & feel, how my clothes fit, & what the doctor says.

I am 5'4". When I was 130-135, I wore a size 8 pants & medium shirts.

Great job! That is definitely not easy.

This was totally uncalled for.

I disagree with this post. I have fallen under my calorie goal on a number of occasions because I just didn' t want any more food. And I'm not going to force myself to put oil on my veggies if I don't want any that day or eat some peanut butter just to meet my calorie goal if I don't want the peanut butter. Some people may…

I work at a title company and we have some to bring their lunches & some who either go out to eat or pick up something & bring it back to the office. Fortunately no one is judged or looked down on for bringing lunches in our office. There are quite a few who are watching what they eat & just bring something healthy.

It depends on the kind of veggies you use. Spinach, for example, is great because you can't taste it with the fruit. Cucumber too. Kale, parsley, cilantro, celery, lettuce...I find these have a stronger flavor & if you don't care for the flavor, I wouldn't use them. Try the spinach, though. It's my favorite so far.

My go-to smoothie is 4-6 cups baby spinach, 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1/2 tbps stevia, 1/2 to 1 whole banana, and about a cup or so of frozen mixed fruit (from Wal Mart). It makes close to 20 oz and I drink it on the way to work every morning. Adding some peanut butter or almond butter tastes really great…

The celery is definitely pungent. I choose not to put celery in mine.

www.skinnytaste.com has great recipes. There is a crockpot chicken salsa verde that I am trying this weekend. We had her loaded baked sweet potatoes last night (it has Mexican spices) & they are wonderful. She lists nutritional info with the recipes & if somone is following Weight Watchers, she includes the Points for each…

I have a 40 mile drive to work every day, so most morning I make a green smoothie & drink it on the way to work. I include fat free yogurt, spinach (which you do not taste at all), a banana, some frozen mixed fruit & either a little water or unsweetened almond milk. If I need it a little sweeter, I add a little bit of…

I don't think he's being a "Mr. Grumplebottom". If he has said he doesn't want it or doesn't eat that kind of food & they keep trying to give it to him, they're not being as considerate as they think they are. I don't understand why someone would stick a piece of cheesecake on your desk when you're not even in there, just…

I do WW and keep track of everything on MFP. I was on WW a year ago & had to cancel when my husband lost his job. I know how the plan works & I'd saved a lot of info while I was still subscribed online, so I have all of that to refer back to. I put down my food in my food journal here & figure out the PP I've used, by…

Because our weight can go up and down throughout the week for a number of reasons, our official weekly weigh-in day may be one of the heavier days, making it look like we had a gain, when we actually may not have. For that reason, I weigh myself every day in the morning & then average out the numbers at the end of the…

A toasted English muffin topped with mashed banana, vanilla yogurt mixed with peanut butter, and cinnamon (it's like a healthy cream filled donut) or Toast topped with sliced tomato, cottage cheese, basil, oregano, salt & pepper

Phoenix, how long have you been doing it? I also have quite a bit of stress & anxiety. My friend who does yoga suggested it to me for the same reason. I need to find a way to become a more postitive person & "freak out" a lot less often.

I think I've seen the Jillian Michaels yoga melt down on YouTube. I want to start yoga this week. I did a 10 minute workout a few weeks ago & my abs & legs were a little sore the next day (because I haven't exercised in quite a while). So I also disagree with anyone who says yoga is easy. It isn't. I hope you find some…

Great job! I know it was hard, but I know you must feel so good after that.

I don't find that it tastes anything like pasta. I've had it a few times, from 2 different people. I find it crunchy & that ruins it for me. I love most veggies, including squash. But if I want something like pasta & marinara, I don't want it crunchy. I would rather slice yellow or zucchini squash in thin ribbons & cook it…

I love making a Quinoa Tabbouleh. It's so good. Probably better in the summer because you'll get better tomatoes, cucumbers & zucchini. I love the stuff.

I've had mine for 2 1/2 years & did not experience any of those things either.

Work hard to maintain, maybe do something new with my hair and WEAR A TWO PIECE!!!

I like this kind too. I also usually add some more frozen fruit like strawberries, peaches, etc. The peanut butter makes it taste so good! Almond butter would be good too.
