Oh Hunny! Don't worry. Last summer I went from 187 lbs. to 169 lbs. I have only lost a few pounds in a year because at my college campus my meal plan consists of Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. I'm back on track now and you can do the same! Stay strong Babe! :)

You can not pin point weight loss unfortunately, but you can tone certain areas. Some of us lose inches in our arms first, some our face, and sadly hips and waist can be last. I would say keep up the great work, continue counting calories, and exercising! It will take time, but stay positive.

Congrats to both of you! It's amazing. Keep up the great work. I bet it feels awesome.

Buy an air popper, even less calories because you don't use oil! It's tastes great... you can even add I can't believe it's not butter and salt if you want, or I love to add parmesan cheese.

According to your profile, you only have around 10 pounds to drop. It will take some time to see results since you have less to lose. Keep up the great work and make sure you are eating your exercise calories!

I love the spray dressing, very low in control and yummy

I'm 20 and had a colonoscopy a few weeks ago, a cancerous polyp was found! :( Good luck, and yes that liquid is just terrible to force down!

I'm honestly so busy with school that I don't have time to workout and know that I wouldn't be able to force myself to eat those extra calories... Losing weight is 80% Diet and Exercise is 20% I'm an Exercise and Wellness major and I truly believe diet is more important, not that I don't think exercise is needed too... I…

I love love love Hershey's Sugar Free candy... low in calorie and delicious! The dark chocolate is only 30 calories and very good. They have several different types and variations. Yummy. http://www.hersheys.com/products/details/sugarfree/

Anything can help you drop pounds as long as you are up moving and burning calories!
-
I agree! Yet...when creating a deficit, one should still get the recommended amount of vegetables, fruits, grains, and so on. I believe One A Days are a great source for things one might not get in a diet, especially the ones made just for women!

I'm an Exercise and Wellness major and talk about this type of stuff daily. It does not matter the time of day, but in all reality if you are eating healthy and the correct types of food each day ...meaning not eating your calories in chocolate and eating all your veggies and fruits, than you don't even need a vitamin.…

I let myself have a piece of chocolate each day or some type of candy I love. It's my weakness, but if I just cut it out of my diet completely... I'd go crazy and buy bags of candy and eat it super quickly. I buy bags of Halloween candy type bags, fun size... and allow myself one, it's less than 100 calories and helps my…

Take your measurements as well! You could be getting smaller by inches, not pounds.
-
It's because you do not have that much to drop. -Make sure you are eating enough calories, perhaps increasing would help. -Eat all exercise calories! -Take your measurements as well. -Be patient.
-
You typically weigh more after a work out, but I'm not sure about measurements. I would stick to taking your measurements and weighing at the same time. (Morning time usually!)

http://www.tacobell.com/fresco/ You can eat it... as said, portion and right choices!

Welcome!

I'm on anti-depressants and a pill for insomnia, but I don't have cravings like that. It's obviously something mental, but stay positive and hopefully your Doctor can help you and develop a plan to control this! Good luck and I'll keep you in my prayers.

Welcome and good luck to you! :flowerforyou: We are all here for each other...

I'm at 1,200 calories and it works for me, but every single person is different! -Make sure to eat your exercise calories. -You wont be dropping 4 pounds every week. -Take measurements as well. -Find foods that do fill you up, don't eat empty calories.
-
Thank you...! You are very beautiful yourself.
-
Haha, ya. I get that A LOT actually. I take it as a compliment... I think she's beautiful!

Thanks everyone... I was 187 and overweight, I am now down to 154.5 but still not comfortable. I used to be 135-140 and still had some meat on my bones, but was happy! I believe the scale for 5 9 is 125 to 169, so I am healthy now, just not happy.
-
Thanks... keep it going. I find it amazing that the same weight on the same height can look so different on another person.
-
I was just curious to know what your goal is if you are around 5 9? That is my height and I'm eager to know others opinions of what weight looks good on them or what they are aiming for...
