Anyone want to start a new challenge?

I live with three other women in my apartment and two of us have a scale. I stepped on my scale and it read one number and stepped on her scale and it read a different number. I was doing so well, but...
I stopped bringing my lunch to work and started going out instead with co-workers. I didn't gain, I actually kept losing with out tracking for OVER a month... but I know I could have lost a lot more. So I'm back... tracking every thing I eat! :tongue:

I have always been told to eat my allowed calories and work out. This website says I get extra calories for working out? I guess I don't understand how that could work... I want to work out to drop the calories I do eat to drop weight... Right? I guess I'm just confused why this website does that.
