I have knee problems and I just dread working out. I hate it and don't want to do it. I know, I sound so negative, but I'm in too much pain and there truly isn't too much I can do about... I've tryed everything. I need surgery but the sucess rate is only 30% and not worth spending the money if it may not work... *Any ideas…

Ohhh damn. I was hoping with dropping some weight they would diminish... I use Vaseline Cocoa Butter Deep Conditioning Lotion and love it... it's amazing! : ) I also take vitamin E pills and it's working... slowly.

This is correct. MFP takes your BMR and subtracts the correct amount to drop 1-2 pounds a week. They are already determining the calories you need to eat to drop weight and by not eating exercise calories your body with hold onto fat to survive and actually begin eating away at muscle... Please eat your exercise calories.

Congrats Babe! I'm working on dropping baby weight as well... : ) It's hard, but aren't those results worth it? Any cure for those stretch marks... Haha? Does dropping weight seem to help diminsh them at all? I'm praying it does, hehe.

Congrats!! I can't wait to get into the 70s again as well... I'm worried about losing all of my weight, reaching my goal weight, and then having horribly loose skin! I want to lose weight and still feel good in a bikini and feel good naked... Anyone have experiences with loose skin, advice to prevent it, or anyone else have this fear? Thank you.

Nothing will get rid of them, that's a scientific fact... sadly. I have some on my hips, inner thighs and side of stomach due to pregnancy. : ( I do take vitamin e, use cocoa butter lotion, and tan... tanning seems to minimize the appearance. I use jergens natural glow...

I'm on medication everyone and going through therapy. : ) I have been through it all... drugs, sex addiction, alcohol abuse, trying to kill myself, cutting, rape... everything and I have had plenty of interventions and drugs! I have always been told to eat my allowed calories and work out. This website says I get extra calories for working out? I guess I don't understand how that could work... I want to work out to drop the calories I do eat to drop weight... Right? I guess I'm just confused why this website does that.

I don't think that the trainers would let them drop that much weight even though it's a show and a challenge... if it wasn't healthy, ya know? At least I hope not. I love this show and I believe they are doing it the healthy way, anyone can drop a lot of weight if all you do is workout, ya know!
