Good for you Tisha. What are your plans? What changes to diet and activity? I've just recently started too and am amazed at how many calories are in things like bread and walnuts (Er, so I better cut back on the walnut bread then!). Also actually enjoying cross training - which I didn't t think I would.

Wow. Thanks for all the replies guys. I'm new here and finding it a great source of inspiration. Seems like 100 calls isn't so unrealistic after all.
