I run stairs in the building or go for a run outside or do an ab workout. We have showers, but when I'm short on time, baby wipes and deodorant work just fine.

I don't live there but I've visited Sydney, Darwin, Brisbon, and Townsville. I absolutely love it there. The people are terrific and very hospitable.

I do not eat back my excercise calories. In my mind it accounts for error in the calories I'm eating or the calories it says I'm burning. However, I feel like my 1300 calories a day gives me plenty of energy and keeps me feeling satisfied. If I felt like I was tired or starving, I would eat them.

Maybe he feels threatened. This could be the case if he's got some areas he should be working on or he believes he's a stepping stone to something better as you reach your goals. On the other hand, maybe he is truly oblivious although hard to fathom if people are commenting in front of him. *Nice jeep by the way.

Spaghetti squash to replace pasta. Had it last night with a chicken marinara sauce. I couldn't taste the difference. I'm sure I could if I ate it without a sauce.

Married 12 years and definitely don't have a problem pooping or farting in front of each other. Whiping on the other hand, I prefer to be alone and I generally try to leave the bathroom before she whipes.

First of all, congratulations. I'm doing P90X, also. On week 3. Did you do the Yoga and Kenpo workouts, also? I love the lifting and the plyometrics but can't force myself to get into the Yoga and Kenpo. I have substituted those days with running, cycling, or swimming.

Love it! I've really cut back so I don't waste the calories. In the past, a 64oz bottle a week for my family of 4. Heinz ketchup on Kraft mac n cheese was one of my favs.

In theory, I think most would say it's not supposed to happen that way but I say good on you. If you're meeting your caloric intake and not starving yourself then rock on!

It's good to supplement your running with an elliptical but not replace it. An elliptical has less impact on the body. It allows you to put in work without running everyday which could lead to overuse injuries. However, like stated above, the only way to get better at running is hitting the pavement. Battered, fried, and with a lot of ketchup. Doesn't matter what it is...onions, pickles, chicken, beef, porkchops,fish, shrimp, jalapenos, french fries...I could go on forever.

I usually appreciate advice in the gym although I rarely give it. Just not my style. I would say it's all about the delivery. Just don't come off as a D-bag. Don't take up 30 minutes of my life but a quick correction is cool.
