Awesome work bro, keep it going!

You have to hit the weights at least twice a week and get more protein in to maintain IMO. A lot of it is trail and error, everyone is different. Your body naturally uses carbs for fuel so if there's no carbs it either burns fat or muscle for fuel. This is where it gets tricky....good luck!

You'll notice that reduced fat has way more carbs than the regular kind. Reduced-fat peanut butter has fewer peanuts' that contain heart-healthy monounsaturated fats and more of the refined carbs and sugar that spike blood sugar.

Congrats! Now CRUSH that next goal!

More free weights for my home gym!

Your body is naturally made to burn carbs for fuel, so if you use up what you take in through exercise or activity then you'll be good to go.

down 1.8lbs this morning!

Since your lifting, up your calories with a nice whey protein isolate. This will help feed your muscles and get your calories up. I buy the muclse milk from costco and it only contains 3g of carbs and 27g of protien per scoop. Drink it with a cup of milk and get more added calories.

Hearts of Romaine lettuce. I do this with tuna salad also!

Down another 2lbs! Great work everyone!

Push the "GO" button and don't look back! Worry about all little things after you've reached your goal!
-
Great NSV! I clearly remember the feeling I had when this happened with me.
-
down another 2lbs!

Less in more out on the calories and a side of "BEAST MODE" while you exercise!
-
Down 2.5 this week! Getting really close to GW!
-
Stick with bro! Started at 260 and noticed significant changes at about 220 or so....I'm now down to 181.
-
Maybe....he looks fit enough to pull that off don't you think...=) On a serious note, lifting weights is also a must. I was just comparing types of running programs.

HIIT cardio = Sprinters body Low Impact cardio = Marathoners body

HIIT Cardio will melt away the lbs with a quickness. Burns a lot of calroies during and you get the benifits of the afterburn you normally wouldn't get with cardio.
-
Down 2 this week! Put in some hard work and it feels great when you can see the fruits of your labor!
-
As long as you're in a caloric deficite your weightloss should continue. You can maybe add some weight training 2-3 times a week and see if that'll get you over the hump. How long has it been since you've seen any progress? Sometimes the body just needs time(1-2 weeks) to catch up to the work you've put in.
-
Lost another pound this week.
-
Awesome job bro! How long have you been doing IF? What's your workout routine looking like? I'm a believer in IF too, I've lost 10+ lbs during the course of a month and half and it seems to be mostly fat melting away.
-
Congrats and welcome to Onederland! Press on, stay committed and you'll be at your GW in no time.
-
Down to 187lbs! Lost another 2lbs! Gotta keep it going over the weekend.
-
