Thanks Erica! Well done on your end as well! I see you've lost a lot of weight yourself. I started my journey at 260 lbs and it's been one heck of a ride( good and bad)! Keep up the great work!

It's an adjustment period for sure. My wife and I noticed that about ourselves when we started our weight loss plan. We would start yelling at our kids for littlest things. Just be aware of the temper and you'll eventually snap out of it. =)

You just have to get up and go! If you eat right and exercise you'll definitely sleep better. My biggest problem sometimes is time management. Some days I have very little time to work out so I split up my work out times, 30 mins in the morning and then 30 mins after work.
