The Belvita bisuits are the best thing ever :D They're so tastey and they fill me up till lunchtime and there's hardly any calories :D (Woah, I sound like an advertising campaign!)

I completely agree :D I went out for a curry on friday night with my boyfriend and i started feeking guilty about it, but I told myself that we hardly ever go out and just enjoyed myself, and it was one of the best currys I have ever eaten :D

If you feel like you're about to binge then drink 2 big glasses of water. I find that fills me up so that I don't want to eat anymore :) But if after that you still want to binge, eat healthy foods, or a tiny bit of whatever you're craving. Also, if youre going crazy about calorie counting, have 1 or 2 days off a week…
