I'm a snacker...and it has always been the bad things I enjoyed snacking on...now, when I feel like snacking...I chew a piece of gum and that usually helps...because it's not that I'm hungry, but that I'm bored...

Thanks everyone! I'm glad I'm not alone in this! :tongue: I'll try my other shoes to see if that helps. But it could also be that I'm putting too much pressure on my toes and not having it even throughout my foot...hopefully it'll get better! :happy:

I will be starting soon. I was supposed to start this past Sunday, but I decided to celebrate the Packer's win Saturday night, so I was just not up to doing anything Sunday! I'm working on getting the DVD's and some of the workout equip needed to start. I'm hoping I'll be able to start next week Monday (Jan 10th). I'll only be a little over a week behind everyone then!

I would have to say......alchohol....mainly beer....and fast food...I would eat it everyday for every meal if I could!! but, haven't had any in around 2 weeks!!
