Make sure you drink PLENTY of water so your body doesn't retain as much water. Also cut back on calories by using the tracker and exercise! You could do something like the 30 day shred to lose inches quickly and as another motivation.

Frankly, I don't see that it's anybody's opinion what I do or don't eat. What I'm doing is currently working for me, and I'm happy with that. If I want people's opinions, then I'll ask for them! I don't need somebody saying 'well, you HAVE to do this, because it worked for me'. Also, do people really stalk other people's…

I'm a G cup and wear 2 bras when exercising - a sports one then a normal one (although I think I might get a good sports crop top to replace the second as I think it'll look better and be more comfy than double underwire!). It really does help - I can even do jumping jacks!

What we've started doing is having dessert but eating it out of the dessert bowls my Mum's family used when she was a kid - they're about the size of a teacup! At first they looked abnormally small, but now I don't even notice! As I'm getting a full bowl of dessert, I don't really notice that it's a small amount. In terms…

Actually, I lost 0.6 kilos this week (although I'd put on 0.2 the week before with Christmas), putting me at an overweight BMI! I did add a bit of extra cardio though.
-
I passed that milestone this week too! At my weigh in on Sunday my BMI was exactly 29.9!
-
Just finished! 5 minutes before the end of the day! It seems to be so much shorter than on day 1! And I totally managed some decent (girl) push ups!
-
I suspect she's an Australian (as she uses metric). Have you ever tried exercising in 41 degree Celsius (105 degree fahrenheit) heat? Not fun!

Oh, and for all the busty ladies complaining - wear 2 bras!!! I'm wearing an underwire racer back sports bra with another underwire bra on top. They're both also a tad on the small size (I'm an F-G, while these are both Es). While I felt 'a little silly' (to quote Jillian in the warmup), it was amazing to do jacks without…

For me it's the bicycle crunches - I just cannot do them! Not 'I get too tired to do them' - I am just so uncoordinated to move my legs like that while doing crunches! No idea why! I also hate pushups

Fellow Melbournian???

Yeah, we just got the internet a couple of months ago in Australia, so as long as you're not in Tasmania, you should be right! In Thailand, you'll probably just have to do the best you can - and relax a bit - you're on holiday!

I lost a lot of weight when I originally got the Wii Fit...but then, got a bit slack :( Some of the games are really good though - I love the boxing, cycling and hula hooping. I used to love the kung fu one too but I always seem to manage to stuff my neck up doing the double punch! The muscle work outs are really good too,…

I'm going to try exercise a few times a week on top of 30 DS - just little things like elliptical, Wii Fit (mainly boxing) and maybe a bit of Wii Zumba. I'm a bit hesitant to do much extra strength training as I don't want to strain myself, but I might start up again on the muscle workouts in the Wii Fit soon (is it wrong…

I found Day 3 the hardest to actually start - not from anything physical (in fact, it was the first day I wasn't sore!) more just a strange lack of motivation. I made grand plans to do it in the morning and while I did get up to see my mum off to work, I made the spontaneous decision to go back to bed instead of…

Hi, I'm Stephie. I'm 21 and 5'4 and 80.6 kilos (yes, I count the 0.6 as that's the difference between me being obese and overweight!) which I think is about 177 lbs. This is my first time doing 30DS. I just did Day 1 Level 1 - at first I felt like I was going to die and had to pause it a couple of times in the first half…

I just bought the DVD today and am planning on starting tomorrow! :D

I only put on 200 grams - so not even half a pound! YES!!! I was worried it would be way more - I've given into temptation FAR too much this week!
-
1 triangle split across 2 rice cakes (although I discovered the other day that it's even better on corn thins!) with a slice of shaved ham or turkey on top and maybe a bit of lettuce if I can be bothered!

I think it would be a good idea to go to the pharmacy and pick up a supplement powder - Sustagen and Ensure are 2 that we stock at work, but speak to the pharmacist about your options. They general come in chocolate or vanilla but there is a new neutral flavour Sustagen out that you could add to things like smoothies.

One of the ladies from work, who is of Chinese origin, recently had a health check. After taking her waist measurement the examiner asked where she was born. When she responded that she'd been born here in Australia the woman said her waist was fine - apparently people born in Australia have to have a waist of less than…

Bio Oil is fantastic (but a little pricey - about $20 for the 100ml I think). Vitamin E cream/oil works well too. Both can be bought in pharmacies.

I weigh in on the Wii! I don't do it using the WiiFit, but another fitness game that is totally non-judgmental and just shows me the numbers!
-
I don't skip breakfast, exactly...but I only have a glass of Metamucil. It's only 20 calories, so it leaves lots of calories free for the rest of the day, but it really fills me up! It's also a nice way to get an extra glass of water in, as I really seem to struggle with drinking 8 glasses a day. I drink the orange one…

I'm a 36G - I can only HOPE they'll shrink!!! (Cos if they don't do it naturally, I'm going to have to pay for it!)

- Eat slowly, making sure you savour every bite and have a sip of water after every couple of mouthfuls. When everyone else on your table has stopped eating, you stop too. Also make sure you eat the healthy stuff on your plate first. This way your likely to eat less, especially of the naughty things (make sure you at least…

Can I just check what your portion size was? A scoop? It looks really yummy! Our homemade ice-cream is the one temptation I give in to, so a low calorie option would be fantastic!

I LOVE Zumba! I have the Wii game though...I'm not brave enough to do it in public as I'm sure I look like an idiot!! I've only been doing the beginner class 1 on the Wii (no. 2 has too much bouncing for my G cups!) but I think I might try the intermediate soon. I've also heard of Aqua Zumba...which sounds interesting, but…

I've also had a problem with binge eating that I've just started tackling (and pretty successfully!) As others have suggested, try finding healthier alternatives to your junk food cravings - like making your own burgers. It does take awhile for your tastebuds to adapt so just give it a bit of time. At the same time,…

You could also have a glass of Metamucil. For 20 cals it fills you up for hours (and will help you at the other end too)
