I skipped today and feel SOOOO guilty! Even though I know I had good reason (I was so sore and exhausted and knew I wouldn't be able to get through my day at work if I did and even then I still fell asleep on the couch this evening!) I still feel terrible about it :sad:

Punches are really good cardio if you've got a lower body injury. You could also do some crunches and sit ups plus some upper body weight stuff.

We now eat dessert out of some bowls that my mum's family used as a kid. They're probably about the size of a teacup. At first they seemed tiny, but now they seem perfect and you still feel like you're getting a full bowl of dessert!
