2. Go back to December 2012.
3. Eat a sensible diet and exercise regularly.

I think "bloatation" is a lovely word. It should be a word. It accurately and concisely describes a known condition and can be of particular use to those of us who suffer from it. I think we should petitiion Funk and Wagnalls, Mirriam Webster and Oxford to include it..........0

Ok my belly also makes me look preggo often, but really, standing up straight ja a huge smile on your face will take take the attention away from the belly. And if everything else fails, stay waist deep in the water.0 -

Poop.
That made me laugh so much! lol0 -
So I'm going on VK in a few days and want to get rid of my, "pooch". Sometimes I have a flat tummy, but sometimes it sticks out a little. What are some things I can do (not do) in the next few days to make it flat?
Things I can think of:
Limit sodium
Lot's of water (5 16 oz bottles a day)
?
With all due respect, I'd like to suggest that you adjust your attitude and expectations.
You need to realize that you are beautiful just the way you are.
kind regards,

The only thing I can think of that will give you noticeable results in this tiny amount of time is to go NO carb, I mean cutting out all sugar, bread, rice, potatoes, chips, crackers, alcohol, etc. I did this myself the week before a vacation and my stomach looked thinner, no bloating whatsoever after 3 or 4 days. Check out south beach recipes/diet for more info.
I'm only recommending this as a short term diet for a quick fix before your vacation.. In the long run your body needs carbs. Enjoy your vacation!0 -
Is this for real or are you trolling?
That image is very apt for how your posts are making you look right now.
Maybe you need to go back to kindergarten ?0 -

To the op, given you are aiming for 105 ibs at 5'6, I think a bloated belly should be the last of your worries. Your aim to be underweight suggests far greater issues.0 -

Wear stripper shoes.
Seriously, there's a reason strippers wear them besides turning people on. The way they have to stand in them, pulls their stomachs in.0 -
nope

Avoid foods that make you bloat0

O.o
hold your head up and stick your boobs out?
Lol this0 -
Pretty sure it's easier to learn to love yourself in 3-4 days than to lose any weight in that time frame.
Great response0 -

I don't understand half of y'all. She's not trying to lose lbs before her vacation. She just doesn't want to look bloated. I agree with you about the no salt and lots of water0

I turn to this when my calves/ankles get puffy - sassy water from the Flat Belly Diet.
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, sliced thin
1 medium lemon, sliced thin
10 mint leaves
Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher.
Refrigerate overnight.
Strain water.
Drink this throughout the day
Agree with the other posters - stay away from the soda and salt.0 -
Lots of water plus doing sit ups every day.0
