  • Depends on your programming too. If you follow a program like theoutlawway.com you're going to get really strong (and become a great O-lifter) but if you follow the crossfitendurance.com program not so much.
  • It's really hard to track how many calories you burn because everything is so variable for CrossFit. Eat clean and push yourself hard. Take your rest days seriously. I've been CrossFitting for about 5 years and I've never been in better shape. Maybe I'll see some of you at Northeast Regionals this year!
