Im 5'7 1/2 and my goal is 185. I am at 205 now and in between size 12 and 14. I use to have an eating disorder in my late teens early twenties and I was a sack of bones weighing 145 and in a size 0/2. Ive finally started to realize the number on the scale is just that....a number :) So with my body frame anything below 175…

I can def tell a difference in your mid section and back :) Great job!! Im thinking of finally tossing the scale bc I havent lost any weight in about a week or so but my clothes are fitting MUCH looser , keep up the awesome work!

EXACTLY what I was going to say!!!! Honeycrisp are BY FAR the best, but since we moved from WA state to VA state they arent as easy to find :( But I did find another one I love ALMOST as much which is the Jazz :) Both are always crisp and have a perfect balance of sweet and tart!!!!
