I think it's a very good and balanced meal plan but some say you should eat more than 1200 kcals... But lots of people who are losing weight eat 1200 a day or less and are still alive. :) If you think it's enough for you then it is. And you drink loads of water during the day, good job, keep it up ! <3

I think you can achieve it tha healthy way but many people would like to do it no matter what. And well, it depends on your height as well- if you're very short you can easily achieve size zero but if you're for example 5'10''?

It really annoys me when someone who doesn't know anything about nutrition tells me what I should do. When some of my skinny friends brag about how less they eat, like omg I only ate an apple in the morning and then some lunch and that was all I ate yesterday. So? Do you want a standing applause or what.. -_____-

I do.. especially when I eat something I didn't plan to eat before ( I have to have a meal plan prepared the previous day, I just feel better then). Even some good or 'safe' foods make me feel guilty I think that I could've survived without it so why did I eat it? (You don't need to be underweight to have an ed! I think…

I think it's too less especially that you don't eat before. If you run and then do strenght & cardio (30DS) I think you should have a like 300 kcal meal or even more! It depends on you.

Yeah, I think I should purchase one because sometimes I'm really confused when mfp says I burned more/less calories than it feels. Exactly, I don't get it! They should be in their underwear, too! :grumble:

success is when we achieve our goals, maybe not everyone but some which make us feel better about ourselves and proud so when we look back we see how much we went through and still didn't give up. Every little thing that was achieved is success.

So if it doesn't work then why so many people actually lose weight and fat when they work out? They burn more calories than the ones that don't while eating same foods and same amount of cals. And oh I forgot that working out sometimes distracts us from eating and makes our body look healthier and better.
