Spinach salad almost every weekday for lunch Yogurt weekdays snack Tomatoes few times a week Carrots occasionally blueberries if they are on sale..which they have been lately. Love them in my yogurt with some granola/kashi Black beans rarely walnuts no Oats does cheerios count? I eat that for breakfast during the week.

According to their website, body pump can burn up to 500 cals an hour. I just quick add 350 cals burned to be on the safe side. I am getting a heatrate monitor soon so I can get a more accurate burn.

My fave is Chobani 2% Pineapple! They are usually $1ea. Fage is also a yummy brand. Voskos fig flavor is another fave.

I have 2. Yes they love to bark!! It sounds like your dog might have seperation anxiety. One of my other dogs(not a chihuahua) whines everytime we leave. We put her in her crate with a treat. Ah yes, the dreaded pooch/pouch. I;ve had it since I was like 7! I am also doing 6wk 6pk. I like the workout a lot so far. I don't think I've had any noticable results yet, I've only been doing it for a few days.

I usually buy Foster Farms fully cooked frozen chicken breast strips. Just let thaw or microwave and add to salad. They have a big container of salad for only like $3-$4. Sometimes good deals on big packs of berries. Their 18pk extra large eggs ar e a good deal too. Oh yeah their water too!

Lost 40lbs on it a couple years ago but grew tired of the food. I prefer using mfp and just choosing my own healthy foods. Nutrisystem also has a very helpful forum/website similar to mfp.
