i could definitely see how if i starting squatting without the the smith machine i'd probably need to take some weight off ...but its all i have access to at the moment ....i'm new to lifting so the stability makes me feel "Safer"

THIS !!! i just bought a session to help with form and now that i'm doing things "right" i have been able to increse the weights on some lifts especially my squats ....he may feel more comfortable taking that direction from the PT

Body Media for me ! i've had it for awhile but thanks to some recent upgrades it now syncs up with MFP - which i think is great and makes it worth the $7 per month fee to use the web-site ! body media works on the TDEE method so no need to do the math because it does it for you , i'm really loving how it "adjust" the bonus…

i wondered about the fact that you hit each muscle group only once week - wondered if it was enough .....i'm going to complete the 12 weeks and develop the "habit" but how would you tweak his schedule ???

i used :Thinner Leaner Stronger: The Simple Science of Building the Ultimate Female Body by Micheal Mathews ....it details a 12 week program - i'm on week 7 and loving it ....compound lifts really get your waistline together !!

THIS ^^ today i didn't feel like HIIT'ing and just did the eliptical for 30 mins -HIIT for me is : 5 mins warm up then run 1 min at 5.5 mph - then walk for 1 min at 3.3 mph - 10 cycles , after the 5 cycle I get a 2 min walk break and by the 9th run i allow myself to slow down to 4.8 LOL... that normally takes me about 26…

i have friends that are smaller than me say they don't like going because they don't want "people looking at them" LOL ...i've tried to assure them that NO ONE CARES !!! once you are in the throws of your workout you don't have time to be looking at people - hell i'm concentrating on breathing and NOT passing out !

my guy is "trying" to become more aware of his food choices but he hasn't jumped on the train like i think he should ...but he has been very supportive of me - hell he should be because i'm blaming my weight gain on him LOL - all that eating out , drinking ,and cuddling !! he supports me by NOT getting in the way of my gym…
