I love doing yoga. It may not burn the calories as much as other exercises but it strengthens your core and you will lose inches. I just renewed my bikram yoga pass today to recommit to 3 days a week. I also love kundalini yoga. I like it best in a studio so I can have my own time. What DVDs are you using. I'd love to try…

Hello ladies, I just joined mfp today. I will be 50 in July and am having a big birthday bash. I have just set a goal of losing 22 pounds by my birthday. I look forward to the mfp process with your support. Here I go.......
