I just finished L1D1 - I am feeling pretty beat up, but in a good way. I think I'm going to be very excited about this! I work out roughly 5-6 times a week, losing about 250 cals per 30 mins session. I've upped my goal (downed?) to losing 1lb/week, and now it has given me 1400cal/day - still under my BMR...
