30DS Every Day?

I'm on L1D3 of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and I'm just curious if it's healthy to do it every day for the full 30 days. Does your body not need some time to recover?

Any advice is appreciated!

    I'd take at least one day of recovery a week. She recommends you do rest on the program, she didn't expect people to do the whole 30 days in a row :)

    i took a rest day in between going up levels. so 2 rest days in the 30 days.
