You're welcome! It can take a bit to get dialed in. Which means taking your bike back in for small adjustments, then a few rides to see how it works out. Little bit of a pain, but worth it. :)

Whenever I have a strong urge to eat, I will brush my teeth or swish my mouth with mouth wash. Usually by the time the minty taste is gone, so is the urge to snack, As mentioned, water really helps, and so does ice. :)

I just turned 41 and need motivation to lose another 18 lbs or so. :) Happy to see all you other 40 somethings!

I have a 5k at the end of the month so have been running more than cycling. Looking forward to the run so I can get on the bike more. :) So far for the month: 3/2 16.4mi Road miles 3/6 9.8mi Mountain trail 26.2 miles so far for March. I am also on Strava! :)

I guess it depends on how much weight you need to lose. It took about 3 weeks for me to see the scale moving downward and it was usually less than a pound at a time. Just keep at it. :smile:

I got the wrist ID slim a few weeks ago. Hardly notice it and always have it on when I go out riding now.

I keep a bag of Dove Promises Dark Chocolate in my freezer. One has only 42 calories and are great for a chocolate fix. :tongue:
