I'd chose ancestors over famous people. I'd love to know more about the people I came from. Good and bad.

You will leak orange fat oil out yo butt. For reals. It's gross. You will ruin all your underwear. Eat at a modest deficit, get some cardio, and strength training in.

Show boobs, don't show boobs. whatever. Do what makes you happy. Quit being jerks to one another. The end.

Sit back folks. I got this one! "fat makes you fat" "sugar is bad. always" "must be hungry. always. starving in fact" "women should only do light weights with lots of reps" "fitness should make you miserable" "shakiness and mood swings are part of the process" Yep I was a totally ignorant sheep tool. Thank Gawd for…

I had terrible skin for awhile. The specific bc I was on turned out to be the culprit. I switched to a different type and problem solved. It may be hormonal? Do you have access to a Dr. you can consult about this issue? I also found that using only cetaphil wash and moisturizer helped so much. You said combination skin.…

youtube exercise videos can be a good place to start. Do you enjoy dancing? If yes turn on some music and do some dancing. I understand you get winded now, but just think, you will get slightly less winded, then better and better. When I started I also got super winded. Not an issue so much now. You can do this. Also maybe…

I used to have a lot of back pain. Strength training has pretty much eliminated all of it. I would suggest strength training back exercises with proper form. Seek proper form through a personal trainer, a class, youtube, etc. I hope this helps and you find relief

Here is what I found via the Mayo clinic regarding Amenorrhea (period loss) http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/amenorrhea/basics/causes/CON-20031561 Of course the internet can't diagnose or treat anything, but knowledge is power. Maybe print this and bring it with you to your Dr. to make sure you're covering…

I also have pcos. Weight loss seemed slow when I started out. I asked my Dr. to put me on something to help (this was almost 2 years ago) She said NOPE Keep counting calories, keep working hard (cardio and strength training) So, I did. I'm in the best shape I have ever been and am grateful for her for not prescribing…

I couldn't agree more with educating yourself. I failed twice in the past with "diets" of deprivation Learning I could still eat what I really love in moderation and that strength training properly was just as important as cardio was key. Also consistency and getting an i-pod full of music I love and some cute work out…

Try different brands on. Choose the ones that you feel fantastic in. The sort that you look forward to putting on in colors that you love. You'd be surprised how motivating it can be to pull on something you feel good in to go to the gym. I like Danskin. Not expensive and come in a variety of colors and styles.

^^ This. There is always going to be somebody that remembers what it feels like to be a noob, is kind, and will want to either help or just give you a friendly smile. As for anyone else? Shake it off. You are there for you. Work hard. Nothing else matters.

I love it when the gym gets more crowded. I like to people watch. And, I mean if you are polite about wanting to use a piece of equipment next people will normally be polite right back.

So, choose a less calorie dense cocktail; Here is a good resource http://getdrunknotfat.com/

People refrain upon commenting on another's weight loss because its a sensitive subject. It doesn't mean they haven't noticed. Great job on your weight loss! Just keep going! You will get there and feel happy and proud if you just stick with it. You have done realy well thus far and notice a difference yourself in jeans.…

I remained an hourglass shape throughout all the lifting. Just a less jiggly/cellulite ridden one.
