  • I love ice cream, frozen yogurt even better!!! I follow the servings as much as I can and look for as little calories as possible. But on a plus note, these ice cream cups (I found them at sobeys) are only 150 calories!!! http://www.skinnycow.com/products/detail.aspx?id=1
