Mornings are always soo much easier for me. As the day goes on, my discipline slowly wears off. Sleep and repeat. Haha! Trying to get rid of that fading motvation. :)

If you don't want to, you don't want to. Re-evaluate your motivations. What is the real reason you 'want to lose weight'. Is it truly for yourself? Or has it been for other people. :) x
