Alright, so now i've incorporated a few snacks in there like natural almonds and whatnot and i'm hitting about 1700 calories a day. I scrapped the walking to work idea. Now after work, i come home and walk for 40 minutes and jog for 20. I've been feeling pretty sore. Its been awhile since i got any exercise haha

I'm moderately so. I'm on my feet all day at work. I figured since i'm just walking it wouldn't be anything too tremendous. A few years back when i decided to start walking again i would push myself to go about the same distance.
