As I've read, Jillian said that every meal should be 400 kcal and the snack 200 kcal. So that will give us a total of 1400 kcals a day, which is a bit low for some, but for me it's more than enough.

If you guys want to combine this with my challenge, go ahead and join my group as well (Jillian Michaels spring challenge). It's a 50 days challenge, 6day/week workout (all Jillian M.) and clean-eating challenge for the beach-body we want. And I'm in this one of course.

You look amazing and your results are spectacular! I almost finished the 30DS haha, but than I went for a holiday. Now I'm back and started the 30 day Slimdown which is great and also from JM-would recommend.

The quick trouble zones are part of the no more trouble zones dvd. You only have to do the circuits without floor-exercises. If I'm right, you do the warm-up than circuit 1,3,4 and cooldown. I will edit this if I'm wrong. I'll check the numbers today a bit later.

Buy organic fruits and vegetables instead of GMOs. Use proper butter and NOT margarine or 'spreadable butters'. Open your windows every day for fresh air. Before taking medicine try herbal teas. I've only lost 9 lb in the last two weeks, but mine didn't change at all, so I consider myself lucky. My girlfriend lost a bra size while losing 9 lb, so I guess we just lose differently.

Did you check the box? Most of the things have the nutritional values written on it, if they have any. And if so, you can create your own 'food' and you can use those for later logging. Also, even if it doesn't have any cals, it might have other nutrients that worth logging if you are careful and watch your daily/weekly…
